The CNL Partnership Conference will be held January 17-18, 2008 in Tucson, AZ

Registration
The early registration fee is $275 for members and non-members. A discounted rate of $225 is offered for all CNL students and newly certified CNLs. The deadline for early registration is January 3, 2008. The registration fee if received after January 3 or post-marked after December 28 is $350.
There are two ways to register:

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Tucson, 5151 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712: 520/323-6262 or 800/325-3535. The special room rate is $139 (Deluxe Guestroom) or $159 (Two-room Suite). To make reservations, please call the hotel directly and request the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing or AACN. Transportation
The Tucson International Airport (TUS) is located about 10 miles (approximately 20 minutes) from the Sheraton Tucson. A cab ride costs approximately $30 from the airport to the hotel. Please visit the Tucson International Airport website at www.tucsonairport.com for additional information. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is a two hour drive from Tucson. Continuing Education Units
Continuing Education contact hours will be provided by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing to all conference participants at no additional cost. CE certificates will be provided in your conference packet.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
