Multiple Positions

Full-Time Position Clinical-Academic Joint Appointment
The Department of Nursing at Goshen College and Goshen Health System seek applicants or nominations for a full-time joint appointment, nursing faculty and clinical nursing research. Responsibilities will include classroom teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level for Goshen College, and clinical nursing research at Goshen Health System. The ideal candidate will bring to the job significant experience in nursing research, nursing education and nursing practice.

Qualifications
Doctorate in nursing required. Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit both professional and teaching credentials. Professional and scholarly activities are required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include classroom teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level for Goshen College. Committee and campus assignments will be delegated. For Goshen Health System the PhD Nurse will provide guidance, structure, and mentoring to the hospital's nursing research endeavors. Responsibilities also include being Chair of the Goshen Health System Nursing Research Committee and attending IRB meetings.

Nursing Faculty Position
The Department of Nursing at Goshen College seeks applicants or nominations for a full time nursing faculty position teaching gerontology and medical-surgical nursing in the classroom, simulated laboratory, and clinical setting. Committee and campus assignments will be delegated. The ideal candidate will bring to the job significant experience in nursing practice and nursing education.

Qualifications
Doctorate in nursing or related field, preferred, master's degree in nursing required.
Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit both professional and teaching credentials. Professional and scholarly activities are required.

Responsibilities
Teach gerontology and medical-surgical nursing courses in the classroom and clinical setting. Advise and mentor students in the nursing program. Serve on committees in the Department of Nursing and Goshen College.
