Nursing Faculty
The University of Southern Indiana seeks applications for ten and twelve-month assistant/associate professor in nursing positions. These tenure track faculty positions will assume teaching responsibilities in the BSN, MSN, and DNP programs beginning August 1, 2008. Doctorate required and teaching experience preferred. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
Faculty in the College of Nursing and Health Professions work collaboratively with nursing and other health care professional faculty. The support for faculty’s teaching, practice and scholarship activities are substantially enhanced through grants and other extramural funding. A cutting edge Clinical Simulation Center is used to enhance student learning and support innovative teaching.
The college in addition to university support has a four person technology team that supports the online and in-classroom teaching of the RN-BSN and graduate programs courses. Two full time academic advisors provide support for student advising and activities. All programs are fully accredited and have an exemplary record of grant award successes.
