Keynote Address
Jon M. Huntsman: Winners Never Cheat - Ethics and Success in Business and Life

Jon Huntsman is CEO and founder of the Huntsman Corporation, a family-owned business, one of the largest petrochemical and plastics businesses and the largest privately owned chemical concern in the world. Mr. Huntsman earned his MBA from USC and has been awarded twelve doctorate degrees from various universities. He is a foremost philanthropist distinguished as one of the three most generous Americans, benefactor of the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah, and has received numerous awards including the Horatio Alger Award, the Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Kaveler Award as the chemical industry's most outstanding Chief Executive Officer, and The Medal of Honor from Armenia after donating significant funds to rebuild the country after its 1988 earthquake. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Overseers for The Wharton School and was a former Special Assistant to the President and White House Staff Secretary under Richard Nixon. Mr. Huntsman lectures on business ethics and is the author of a book on corporate ethics entitled "Winners Never Cheat: Everyday Values We Learned as Children (But May Have Forgotten)."

Program Session: Lessons in Leadership
Laura Liswood is General Secretary of the Council of Women World Leaders and Senior Advisor, Golden Sachs. Laura co-founded the Council of Women World which is composed of women presidents, prime ministers, and heads of government. Laura also co-founded The White House Project dedicated to electing a woman President in the United States, and formerly directed the Women's Leadership Project. She is a managing director of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., focusing on global leadership and workforce diversity; was CEO/President of the American Society for Training and Development, executive-level consulting to Fortune 500 and international companies; and has held numerous management and executive level consulting positions. Ms. Liswood wrote the book "World Women Leaders: Fifteen Great Politicians Tell Their Stories" after interviewing 15 current and former women presidents and prime ministers and is also author of a book on service quality, "Serving Them Right: Innovative and Powerful Customer Retention Strategies."

Registration
The registration fee for the 2006 Business Officers of Nursing Schools (BONUS) Conference is $369 for BONUS Network Members and $399 for non-network members. The deadline for registration is March 29, 2006. The registration fee after March 29 is $439 for network members and $469 for non-network members. E-mail messages confirming registration for this meeting will be sent to all participants. Dress for the conference is casual for all sessions and activities.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Horton Plaza Hotel, 910 Broadway Circle, San Diego, California 92101, (619) 239-2200 or (800) 937-8461. The special conference room rate is $199 single/double. To make reservations, please call the hotel directly and request the group rate for the BONUS, American Association of Colleges of Nursing Conference. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is March 19, 2006.

AACN recommends that you contact the following hotels in the area that may have availability over the BONUS Meeting dates:

Transportation
San Diego International Airport (SAN) is located approximately 3 miles from the Westin Horton Plaza Hotel. Estimated taxi fare is $11 - $15 one-way. The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System bus (Route 992) also runs every 11 minutes directly from the Airport terminals to within a half block of the Westin Horton Plaza (Broadway and 1st or 2nd Avenue) for a fare of $2.25.

BONUS Group Dinner
The traditional special BONUS group dinner on Thursday night will be held at Peohe's Restaurant on Coronado Island, overlooking San Diego Bay and the San Diego skyline. Meal options can be decided on site and will include fish, beef, chicken and vegan options. The cost is $65 per person which includes boat transportation to Coronado Island.

Guest Fees
Lunch on Thursday is included in the registration fee for all BONUS participants. There is a $40 guest fee per person for any additional guests.

Poster Presentation
BONUS members are encouraged to submit posters on work-related topics for display throughout the Annual Meeting, to attend the Thursday afternoon Breakout Session to present and discuss your poster, and to bring copies of the poster information for distribution at the session. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are canceled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week's notice will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.

AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
