Michael Bleich, PhD, is Professor and Associate Dean of Clinical and Community Affairs at Kansas University School of Nursing and Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management at Kansas University School of Medicine. This program will focus on emerging trends in changing academic environments and the critical role that business officers must play in facilitating improved work design and recognition systems.

, MD, is the Associate Provost for Faculty at the University of Iowa. The Numb Buns Effect! Communications and Embracing Change

Michael Hemphill, PhD, is a professor of communications at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. Dr Hemphill was the Dean of the College of Professional Studies at University of Arkansas at Little Rock and was a recipient of the Ross Foundation Excellence in Teaching Award. He has presented over 230 workshops and seminars on communications to groups across the nation.

Registration
The registration fee for the 2007 BONUS Conference is $369 for BONUS Network members and $399 for non-network members. To register, complete the attached form and return it with payment to AACN by April 4, 2007 or register online at www.aacn.nche.edu/conferences. The registration fee after April 4 is $469. Email messages confirming registration for this meeting will be sent to all participants.

Poster Presentation
BONUS members are encouraged to submit posters on work-related topics for display throughout the Annual Meeting, to attend the Thursday afternoon Breakout Session to present and discuss your poster, and to bring copies of the poster information for distribution at the session. BONUS Group Dinner
The traditional special BONUS group dinner on Thursday night will be held at Mulate's Restaurant. This legendary restaurant is recognized throughout the world as the King of Cajun Dine and Dance halls. The restaurant features live Cajun music and dancing along with great authentic New Orleans dining. The cost is $50 per person and guests are welcome.

Guest Fees
Lunch on Thursday is included in the registration fee for all BONUS participants. There is a $35 guest fee per person for any additional guests.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week's notice will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.

AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
