Creating a Healthy Workplace
Speaker: Christin Anderson, Wellness Program Manager, University of San Francisco
Christin Anderson has facilitated an award winning Worksite Wellness Program at the University of San Francisco since 1990. USF now has the lowest health care costs per employee than any other university within the Jesuit system with similar demographics. The program now serves as a model for universities throughout the United States.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration
The registration fee for the 2009 BONUS Conference is $359 for BONUS Network members and $389 for non-network members. Register online at https://aacn.nche.edu/Registration. The registration fee after April 21 is $459. Email messages confirming registration for this meeting will be sent to all participants.
Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf, 555 North Point Street, San Francisco, CA, 415-563-1234. The room rate is $199 single. To make reservations, please call the hotel directly and request the group rate for the AACN Business Officers of Nursing Schools Meeting. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is March 27, 2009.
Transportation
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately 15 miles from the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf. Taxi service is available for approximately $45. A variety of shuttle services can be accessed through the San Francisco International Airport website at www.flysfo.com.
Poster Presentation
BONUS members are encouraged to submit posters on work-related topics for display throughout the Annual Meeting and to present and discuss on Thursday during the poster session. For information or to enroll your poster, contact Jodi DiGennaro, BONUS Chair, (516) 877-4549, digennar@adelphi.edu.
BONUS Group Dinner
The traditional special BONUS group dinner on Thursday night will be held at the McCormick & Kuleto’s Restaurant at Ghirardelli Square. The cost is $66 per person and guests are welcome.
Guest Fees
Lunch on Thursday is included in the registration fee for all BONUS participants. There is a $40 guest fee per person for any additional guests.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
