Registration
The registration fee for the 2008 Graduate Nursing Admissions Professionals Conference is $389. The deadline for early registration is Friday, March 20, 2009. The registration
fee after March 20 is $459. E-mail messages confirming registration for this meeting
will be sent to all participants.
Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference
Center, 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214; (615) 883-2211. The room rate is
$169 per night plus a $5 resort fee. The cutoff date for hotel reservations is March 20.
To make your reservations, please call the hotel directly and request a room under
AACN’s group code, which is N-NRSAA.
The world-class Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center is located on the banks
of the Cumberland River, in the heart of Nashville, TN—known worldwide as Music City,
USA. The world-famous Grand Ole Opry is located next to the resort, which is centrally
located to every major shopping and entertainment area in Nashville.
Transportation
Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville International
Airport (BNA) to the Hotel. Upon your arrival to the airport, you can find the Gaylord
Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators.
An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or you can visit our
kiosk, which is conveniently located at the welcome desk. If an agent is not available
to provide assistance, you can find the Hotel's shuttle located immediately to the left
as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport. The shuttle is $28 one way,
or $38 round trip.

$19.97 per day with in and out privileges.
Continuing Education
Continuing Education contact hours will be provided by the American Association of
Colleges of Nursing to all conference participants at no additional cost. CE certificates
will be provided in your conference packet.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are canceled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded
minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice
will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
