Twelve ELNEC trainers have just been chosen as award winners for their commitment to improve palliative care in their institution and throughout their community. These trainers represent seven states (AL, CA, KS, NY, OK, TX, VA) and two international countries (Saudi Arabia and Germany). They are staff nurses, teachers, and administrators who work in oncology, high-risk obstetrics, critical care, palliative care, and with veterans.
