- April 25 & 26, Savannah, GA: ELNEC-Core and ELNEC-Pediatric Palliative**
- June 7 & 8, Denver, CO: ELNEC Summit*
- July 11 & 12, Omaha, NE: ELNEC-Core**
- September 27 & 28, Minneapolis, MN: ELNEC Summit*
*Summit: ELNEC-Core, Pediatric Palliative Care, Geriatric, Critical Care, and APRN train-the-trainer courses are held simultaneously. Choose one course to attend.

Something new for 2017! An additional ½ day of education on how to teach and use the ELNEC resources will be available following each of the ELNEC Summits (June 9 & September 29). This is optional.

New ELNEC-Undergraduate Online Curriculum Available in January 2017
In an effort to assist nursing faculty in meeting the new palliative care competencies, the Cambia Health Foundation (CHF) has provided $800,000 to fund and support the development of an interactive online curriculum, ELNEC-For Undergraduates. The online format will make this curriculum available to all 92 nursing programs in the CHF grant-funded project states (Idaho, Utah, Oregon and Washington), beginning in January 2017. The other 46 states will also have access to ELNEC-For Undergraduates for a nominal fee. See the flyer below.
New Competencies: CARES: Review New Palliative Care Competencies
Each ELNEC curricula are updated annually. Trainers are expected to teach from ELNEC curriculum that is not older than 3 years.
