in a baccalaureate nursing program. |

recognize the need to enhance gerontological content in baccalaureate curriculum. |

I will
recruit at least one colleague from my organization to apply with me, as a
team for the GNEC Faculty Development Institute.

|
I will approach my dean or the head of my nursing department for
approval and written support for my/our participation in the GNEC
Institute. |
|
|
I am willing to commit at least ten percent of my time during the
two years following the Institute to critically assess my school's nursing
curriculum and implement necessary changes. |
|
|
I will
train other faculty upon my return from the Institute. |
|
|
I will participate in both short and long term evaluations of the
project. |
