have a performance based pay system that is unparalleled to
many others. It is called Maximizing Achievement through Performance
(MAP) and we write goals as nurse based on the scope of practice
and our expertise. RN candidates can receive increases in
salary and be rewarded for certification based on the performance
based pay system. It is a pretty amazing program that empowers
employees to achieve at higher levels. We are not a union-based
organization and have high satisfaction rates based on our
surveys through Press Gayney.
