Nursing Faculty Positions
Wytheville Community College (WCC) is a two-year comprehensive community college located at the crossroads to Southwest Virginia and is a part of the Virginia Community College System. The college serves five counties and one city. WCC opened in 1963 and has an annual enrollment of 2334 FTE. WCC offers certificate, associate degree programs in general education and occupational/technical disciplines, and college transfer programs. WCC is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
WCC is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Nursing Faculty position (Pos #F0014)
Full-time nine-month faculty position with teaching responsibilities to include classroom, clinical and campus laboratory instruction in entry level nursing courses and medical surgical nursing.
Nursing Faculty position with administrative/leadership responsibilities (Pos #F0006)
Full-time nine-month faculty position to serve as program head for the NLNAC Accredited Associate Degree Nursing program. Primary duties would include assisting faculty and the Division Dean with the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the Nursing program and some teaching responsibilities.
