Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University’s School of Nursing has a nationally accredited bachelor’s and master’s (Adult-Gerontology and WHNP) degree program.  The master’s program has both online and on-campus options.  The School is seeking nurse applicants, preferably doctorally prepared and nationally certified advanced practice nurses for the 12-month tenure track position. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Master’s Degree in Nursing is required. A Ph.D. in Nursing or a related field and National Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse with clinical specialization in women’s health, adult, gerontology or family is preferred;  Must be licensed or eligible for a Florida Nursing License.  Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience in a baccalaureate or higher degree program.

SALARY

Commensurate with educational qualifications, experience, and knowledge, skills and abilities.
