Assistant Professor or Instructor

Georgia Southern University, School of Nursing, invites nominations and applications for the position of Nursing Clinic Coordinator/ Assistant Professor or Instructor (NTT) in the School of Nursing in the College of Health and Human Sciences (Search 67193). The successful candidate’s responsibilities include managing and providing nurse practitioner services through the School of Nursing’s Community Outreach Clinic and supervising student nurses at outreach sites. Additional responsibilities include teaching in the classroom and clinical settings in the undergraduate and graduate programs, including the Doctor of Nursing Practice program. In addition, responsibilities include scholarship within the discipline yielding publications, service on committees, and participation in official activities of the School, College, and University. The position is a 12-month appointment, and the salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Academic rank and tenure status are also commensurate with qualifications and experience.
