Transcript of the CNL Cram Session Now Available!

A transcript of the CNL chat room’s CNL Cram Session hosted on April 26, 2012 is now available. More than 70 individuals including students, CNLs, and CNC staff participated in the two-hour exchange. Topics discussed included the CNL Certification Exam format, exam resources, exam registration process, and much, much more.
