Exam Site Registration
It is the responsibility of the program to notify CNC of the test date, site, time and proctor contact information. A Site Registration Form is required for each testing period as applicable.
The program must select a date within a testing period. If at all possible, test administration should occur between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to insure that technical assistance is available.
The testing agency will send a Proctor Manual along with exam login information to the designated contact at each school with eligible candidates. Faculty or staff may serve as exam proctors.
Online CNL education programs have the option to utilize testing centers provided by the testing agency, Schroeder Measurement Technologies, Inc. To view the list of testing centers go to http://www.isoqualitytesting.com/locations.aspx.
NOTE: Testing centers may be located on a college campus.
Every program must submit to CNC the School of Nursing CNL Education Program Verification Form. This form must be signed by the dean/chief academic officer and received by CNC prior to the school serving as an exam site.
