Program Description: There is no such thing as great companies; there are great teams. This session will focus on using leadership strengths in the majority of our leadership roles. If you want to become most effective at work you have to study your strengths and figure out a way to deploy them. Rather than asking what people believe, it is crucial to find what they DO.

Speaker: Ronald Fry, PhD, Department Chair, Organizational Behavior, Weatherhead School of Business, Case Western Reserve University
