A block of rooms has been reserved at The Hotel Viking, One Bellevue Avenue, Newport, RI, 02840.  The room rate starts at $219 single/double. The cutoff date for room reservations is June 27, 2012. When calling, please request the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing or Summer Seminar.  The hotel may fill before the June 27 deadline, so be sure to make your arrangements early.

The Hotel Viking is located approximately 28 miles from the T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, RI (PVD). A taxi costs approximately $80 each way. Continuing Education Credit

Continuing education contact hours will be provided by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing to all conference participants at no additional cost. CE Certificates will be provided in your conference packet.
 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 6, 2012. A refund of the conference, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.

No refunds will be granted for requests received after July 6, 2012. Submit all requests to AACN Conference Registration via email at conferences@aacn.nche.edu or via fax (202) 785-8320. Conference registrations are fully transferrable (see Substitution Policy); however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. AACN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.


Substitution Policy

Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference; however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
