General Information
Join AACN in San Antonio to consider issues of vital importance to baccalaureate and pre-licensure nursing education. Sessions will inform, engage, and challenge participants with timely and relevant information and discussions. Attendees have the opportunity to network with colleagues and share successful strategies. The Executive Development Series is once again offered in conjunction with the Baccalaureate Education Conference.

Registration
The deadline for early registration is November 2, 2012. Late fees will apply to registrations received after November 2. Email messages confirming registration will be sent to all participants.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, 101 Bowie Street, San Antonio, Texas, 78205.

Transportation
The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is located 8 miles from the hotel. A taxi costs approximately $22 each way. Shuttles are available through Airport Express 210-281-9900/ http://www.saairportshuttle.com/ and are approximately $18 each way. Continuing Education Credit
Continuing education contact hours will be provided by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing to all conference participants at no additional cost. CE Certificates will be provided in your conference packet.
Conference Materials
AACN is dedicated to environmentally responsible practices. Select conference materials for the Baccalaureate Education Conference will be provided online. One week prior to the event, please look for an email with a link to the conference materials.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
