Explore mutual challenges and share solutions in this collegial, interactive environment. This year’s program enables participants to:
- Identify strategies to create a healthy work environment in the nursing academic unit.
- Consider what nursing leaders must do to advance interprofessional education.
- Point the correct direction for the nursing academic unit by critically examining the mission, making tough decisions, and engaging in thoughtful succession planning.
- Take time to determine how you can better care for yourself in order to be optimally productive as an academic leader.
- Learn a valuable peer coaching technique and use it to solve one of your real-world problems.
The Executive Development Series and Spring Annual Meeting are held consecutively, enabling participants to attend both events.
