General Information
The annual Nursing Advancement Professionals (NAP) Meeting is a networking and educational opportunity for advancement, development, marketing, and communications professionals; deans and directors; volunteer foundation and alumni board members; and anyone interested in learning more about how nursing schools can build their external relations programs.
Registration & Fees
The deadline for early registration is Friday, March 22, 2013. Late fees will apply to registrations received after March 22. E-mail messages confirming registration for this meeting will be sent to all participants.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni San Diego Hotel, 675 L Street, San Diego, California 92101. The special conference room rate is $219 single/double. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is March 12, 2013. To make reservations, please call the hotel at 800-843-6664 and ask for the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) or Nursing Advancement Professionals. The room block may fill before the deadline, so please make your reservation early.
Transportation
The Omni San Diego Hotel is located approximately five miles from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). A taxi is approximately $15 each way. Shuttles are available through Cloud 9 Super Shuttle and are approximately $ 10 each way. Continuing Education
Continuing Education contact hours will be provided by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing to all conference participants at no additional cost. CE certificates will be provided in your conference packet.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 22, 2013. A refund of the conference, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
No refunds will be granted for requests received after March 22, 2013. Submit all requests to AACN Conference Registration via email at conferences@aacn.nche.edu or via fax (202) 785-8320. Conference registrations are fully transferrable (see Substitution Policy); however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. AACN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
Substitution Policy
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference; however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
