General Information
Business Officers of Nursing Schools (BONUS) is dedicated to facilitating networking among those who work in the administration of nursing education and to providing education in areas of business, technology, and financial and administrative management of nursing schools. Assistants to the dean, fiscal managers, business officers and any personnel involved in the operational management of a school of nursing will benefit from attending this conference.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni Austin Hotel. The room rate is $199 single/double. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is March 26, 2013. To make reservations, please call the hotel at 1-800-843-6664. The room block may fill before the deadline, so please make your reservation early.
Transportation
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is located approximately 11 miles from the Omni Austin Hotel. Taxis cost approximately $30 each way; SuperShuttle costs approximately $13 each way. Continuing Education
Continuing Education contact hours will be provided by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing to all conference participants at no additional cost. CE certificates will be provided in your conference packet.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 5, 2013. A refund of the conference, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 5, 2013. Submit all requests to AACN Conference Registration via email at conferences@aacn.nche.edu or via fax (202) 785-8320. Conference registrations are fully transferrable (see Substitution Policy); however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. AACN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
Substitution Policy
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference; however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
