Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Lodge at Vail, 174 East Gore Creek Drive, Vail, Colorado, 81657. The room rate is $189 single/double. The cutoff date for room reservations is June 30, 2013. For reservations, please call the hotel directly at 877-528-7625. When calling, please request the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing or Sumer Seminar. The room block may fill before the deadline, so please make your reservation early.


Transportation

The Lodge at Vail is located approximately 26 miles from Eagle Airport (EGE) and Denver International Airport (DEN) is located approximately 110 miles from the hotel.  Both airports provide shuttle services on a continual schedule to and from the hotel. Continuing Education

The American Association of Colleges of Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation.

Contact hours will be awarded to those who attest to attendance at entire sessions and complete the electronic evaluation process after the conference. The CE Certificate will be provided online only after completion of evaluation.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 5, 2013. A refund of the conference, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.

No refunds will be granted for requests received after July 5, 2013. Submit all requests to AACN Conference Registration via email at conferences@aacn.nche.edu or via fax (202) 785-8320. Conference registrations are fully transferrable (see Substitution Policy); however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. AACN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.

Substitution Policy

Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference; however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
