The AACN Organizational Leadership Network (OLN) is comprised of nursing academic leaders with broad administrative responsibilities, including associate deans and assistant deans. The OLN fosters professional growth and development, information sharing, communication, and discussion of key issues. Networking within these groups will be facilitated through programs, meetings and electronic communications.

The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is October 4, 2013. Reagan National Airport (DCA) is located approximately 15 minutes from the JW Marriott Washington, DC and is metro accessible. The closest metro station to the hotel is Metro Center on the Red and Orange/Blue lines, 2 blocks from the JW Marriott Washington, DC. The cost of a taxi from Reagan to the hotel is approximately $20.00. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 35 minutes from the hotel and a taxi costs approximately $60. Baltimore/Washington Airport (BWI) is one hour from the hotel and a taxi costs approximately $90. Super Shuttle is available for ground transportation from BWI (approximate cost is $38 each way), DCA (approximate cost is $15 each way), and IAD (approximate cost is $30 each way).
The American Association of Colleges of Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation.
Contact hours will be awarded to those who attest to attendance at entire sessions and complete the electronic evaluation process after the conference. The CE Certificate will be provided online only after completion of evaluation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 11, 2013. A refund of the conference, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
No refunds will be granted for requests received after October 11, 2013. Submit all requests to AACN Conference Registration via email at email@example.com or via fax (202) 785-8320. Conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. AACN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference; however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
