Conference topics include the impact and value of the CNL role in achieving the Triple Aim: improved cost, quality, and service outcomes;  new models of care in today’s era of healthcare reform and the CNL role, particularly related to care coordination, lateral integration and transitions of care; and multi-professional practice and the CNL role in leading and building teams. Special forums for the CNLA membership, CNL faculty, and Nursing/Healthcare Executives also will be offered. This year's Summit will also feature the third CNL Research Symposium, a pre-conference workshop held on Thursday morning hosted by the Commission on Nurse Certification (CNC) that focuses on the CNL’s role in data collection and evaluation for reporting clinical outcomes.
