The annual NAP Meeting is a networking and educational opportunity for advancement, development, marketing, and communications professionals; deans and directors; volunteer foundation and alumni board members; and anyone interested in learning more about how nursing schools can build their external relations programs.

The deadline for early registration is March 7, 2014. Late fees will apply to registrations received after March 7. E-mail messages confirming registration for this meeting will be sent to all participants.

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Fairmont Washington, 2401 M Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037. The room rate starts at $269 single/double. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is February 14, 2014. Transportation
Reagan National Airport (DCA) is located approximately 15 minutes from The Fairmont and is metro accessible. The closest metro stop to the hotel is the GWU/Foggy Bottom stop on the Orange/Blue line, 3 blocks from The Fairmont. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is approximately 45 minutes from the hotel. Baltimore/Washington Airport (BWI) is approximately one hour from the hotel. Taxis are recommended from Reagan National (approximately $20 each way) and Dulles Airports (approximately $60 each way). Super Shuttle is available from BWI (approximately $37 each way), DCA (approximately $14 each way), and IAD (approximately $29 each way).
Continuing Education
The American Association of Colleges of Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation.
Contact hours will be awarded to those who attest to attendance at entire sessions and complete the electronic evaluation process after the conference. The CE Certificate will be provided online only after completion of evaluation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 7, 2014. A refund of the conference, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
No refunds will be granted for requests received after March 7, 2014. Submit all requests to AACN Conference Registration via email at conferences@aacn.nche.edu or via fax (202) 785-8320. Conference registrations are fully transferrable (see Substitution Policy); however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. AACN regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
Substitution Policy
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference; however, conference fees cannot be transferred to other conferences. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
