Using the "train-the-trainer" model, these Faculty Development Institutes will offer a 2 1/2-day intensive workshop designed to enhance the ability of nursing faculty to effectively develop quality and safety competencies among graduates of their programs.

Note: Logistics on agenda and hotel information will be sent to applicants once they have been accepted.

How to Apply
 
Interested faculty must apply online for the institute by going through our online application.

Faculty must also submit a letter of approval and commitment from the dean or department in order to attend the QSEN Faculty Development Institute. AACN recognizes that deans and department heads have tremendous pressures on their time. Therefore a sample template has been developed in order to facilitate the writing of the letter.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Applications should be completed in one sitting, the application will not save your information once it has been submitted or closed. Also, please print a copy for your records.
