Introducing AACN's Online Collaboration Community
AACN is now offering an Online Collaboration Community exclusively for member schools. This new service provides an interactive, social media platform that enables members to share knowledge and best practices, establish collaborative relationships, and form strategic alliances with peers. While a “grand opening” is planned for later this fall, a limited roll-out of the Community is currently in progress. At present, the Calendar, Resource Center, and Archived Webinars areas are accessible to member faculty that register and create a unique profile. Only registered faculty will have free, full access to AACN’s popular Webinar series. In October 2011, the Community will be fully functioning and provide access to a member directory, discussion forums, and other professional development programs and initiatives. The community is not a public domain, and all information within the community may be viewed only by AACN members.

Upon entering the site for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new, unique ID and password once you have completed the registration process. We suggest using your e-mail address as your login ID. Try to choose a password that you will be able to remember. Please note, when you register for the Community, you must indicate your institution and use an institutional e-mail address that ends in “.edu”. If an e-mail address is used that does not end in “.edu”, you will be contacted by the site administrator.
