Small Grant Projects
Small grants are intended to support primary and secondary data analysis focused on the impacts of selected interventions undertaken as part of an existing academic/practice partnership that involves an academic partner together with a public health or population health focused community partner and/or a local health department.
The grant amounts are $5,000 each and are available to support the impact evaluation such as a survey design and implementation, analysis of available second data, or qualitative strategies to support pilot designs for larger evaluation projects. Funds are not intended to support program interventions or ongoing program costs.
Announcements for small grant funding opportunities will be posted on the main public health page, as well as AACN newsletters, and the online collaboration communities. For questions, please email email@example.com.
