The registration fee for the Master’s Essentials Regional Meeting is $149. The deadline for early registration is September 23, 2009. The registration fee after September 23 is $199.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, 700 Aliceanna Street, Baltimore MD 21202: (800) 228-9290. The special room rate is $161 single/double. To make reservations, please call the hotel directly and request the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing or AACN. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is Friday, September 11, 2009. Transportation
Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is located approximately twelve miles from Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel. A one-way cab trip will cost approximately $30.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
