The registration fee for the Master’s Essentials Regional Meeting is $149. The deadline for early registration is November 3, 2009. The registration fee after November 3 is $199.

This meeting takes place just prior to the Baccalaureate Education Conference, November 19-21, 2009, at the Westin Chicago River North.
Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at The Westin Chicago River North, 320 North Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60654: (877) 866-9216. The special room rate is $179 single/double. To make reservations, please call the hotel directly and request the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing or AACN. Transportation
The hotel is located 30 minutes from O’Hare International Airport and 25 minutes from Midway Airport. A one-way cab trip to the hotel from either airport will cost approximately $45.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
