Registration
The registration fee for the Master’s Essentials Regional Meeting is $149. The deadline for early registration is February 9, 2010. The registration fee after February 9 is $199.

This meeting takes place just prior to the Master’s Education Conference, February 25-27, 2010, at the Royal Sonesta Hotel.
Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at Royal Sonesta Hotel, 300 Bourbon St, New Orleans, LA 70130: (504) 586-0300. The special room rate is $169 single/double. To make reservations, please call the hotel directly and request the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing or AACN. Transportation
A one-way cab trip to the hotel from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport will cost approximately $30.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
