Registration
The registration fee for the Master’s Essentials Regional Meeting is $149. The deadline for early registration is January 5, 2010.  The registration fee after January 5 is $199.

This meeting takes place just prior to the Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) Summit, January 21-23, 2010, at the Town and Country Resort.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at Town and Country Resort & Convention Center, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA 92108: (800) 772-8527 or (619) 291-7131.  The special room rate is $119 single/ $129 double.  To make reservations, please call the hotel directly and request the group rate for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing or AACN.  The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Transportation
A one-way cab trip to the hotel from the San Diego International Airport will cost approximately $23. A shuttle service is provided by Express Shuttle for $11.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are cancelled up to one week before the meeting will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee.  Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee.  There will be no refunds for no-shows. 

AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements.  Non-refundable airline tickets are the responsibility of the registrant.
