NEW DATE AND TIME
Date: April 25, 2013
Time: 2:00 - 3:00 Pm (ET)
Webinar Overview
Are you enrolled in a DNP program and contemplating your Capstone Project? Unsure how or where to get started? The DNP Capstone Project can develop in a number of different forms, but ultimately demonstrates a student’s synthesis of scientific evidence and the development of an action plan for improving clinical outcomes. From developing your proposal to your final project presentation and defense, come hear from a recent DNP graduate and the steps she took to developing a successful capstone project.
Dr. Hartnett, a recipient of the first AACN Excellence in Advancing Nursing Practice Award, will share her capstone experience and offer advice on how her project led to significant policy change at a major Cancer Center. Dr. Krainovich-Miller, her DNP Capstone Project Chair, will join her and offer advice from the faculty perspective as you begin to think about a possible capstone project topic and committee. Questions related to your own capstone project development are encouraged.
