Jennifer Rutt, Senior Director

Jennifer joined AfterCollege in April 2012 as the Senior Director of University Relations. Jennifer has over 15 years experience in the corporate and university recruiting field. Prior to joining AfterCollege Jennifer was NACElink Director and Director of Strategic Alliances for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Since 2002 she directed the planning and operations for the delivery of the NACElink product and overall strategic alliances for the organization. In her positions Jennifer has had extensive interactions with recruiting professionals as well as leaders in business, government and education specific to university recruiting with a concentration in technology. She is often looked to for input on decision making processes affecting the future of university recruiting practices and speaks publicly as an expert on the topic. Jennifer attended Pennsylvania State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with concentrations in Social Work and Women’s Studies from East Stroudsburg University.
