Webinar Overview
This presentation will describe the integration of Model C CNL Program graduates and the CNL role into the care delivery model at two large urban Magnet designated medical centers. A Model C CNL Program is a Master's degree program designed for individuals with baccalaureate degree in another discipline (second-degree program). Facilitating factors and challenges along with specific approaches to transition into practice will be discussed. Improvement in selected outcomes will be described along with future directions for CNL role integration and new graduate transition into practice.
