While it is not possible to that ensure students will be successful on the NCLEX-RN, it is possible to facilitate their success.  This session will explore a variety of avenues one college utilized to significantly elevate the annual passing rate.

Sandy Soldwisch, PhD, APN, ANP-BC

Sandie Soldwisch began her career through a diploma program in nursing and continued her education through the doctoral level.  Her practice background includes a combination of sites ranging from home health to intensive care and most recently as an adult nurse practitioner.  She has taught at diploma, community college, baccalaureate and master’s degree programs and participated on master and doctoral thesis/dissertation committees.   Her joy is found in teaching and learning.  She currently serves as the Dean of the College of Nursing at Resurrection University in Chicago, IL.
